Such data may include but is not limited to names, addresses, email contact information, telephone numbers, instant messaging contact lists, etc. All information collected on this website’s registration forms, request forms or project data, is strictly protected and can only be used for internal processes. This may include marketing analysis, newsletter distribution (with instant opt-out possibilities), permission-based email marketing and survey requests.

Clients’ drawings, documents and electronic files are stored on a secured server that excludes unauthorized downloading or copying. Hard-copies submitted by clients are kept in a locked facility and disclosed to authorized staff only; upon project completion, all paper-based input material is shredded and sent to recycling.
